I baked it about 10 minutes longer than suggested as it was still soft, and maybe because of that it was a bit crumbly and the bottoms came off (in a silicon tray). This site always gives very accurate baking times, so maybe my apple sauce was too wet. It tastes good, but with just the 4 tbsp of maple syrup it's very mildly sweet. I made the peanut butter sauce and they're reeeeally good together. My 4 year old and husband both liked it too. They said they could not taste the beans.
