This was so good! Especially for something translated into “cock in wine.” Oh, I almost forgot. I didn’t use cremini mushrooms; I used homegrown, dried shiitake. I think you could use many different varieties and it would still be delicious. I also used dried thyme and parsley because I didn’t have fresh.
