This was delicious and EVERYONE complimented it!
I prefer shredded chicken to cubed chicken; so where you add the peas in and set to simmer, I added the seared chicken breast back in, and allowed the soup to simmer until the chicken was fully cooked. I shredded the chicken just before adding the dumplings in.
The dumplings turned out fine using all-purpose flour.
I did use the optional chicken bouillon cube.
