Very good with a touch or sweetness without being overly sweet. I'm happy that I made the full recipe (2 servings) so I can have it again tomorrow. Definitely will make this recipe again.
My modifications: I used 0% Vanilla Greek yogurt but omitted the monk fruit sweetener and vanilla extract since yogurt was flavored. I also added 2 Tbsp slivered blanched almonds as suggested in the recipe notes.
Made again using fruit-flavored nonfat greek yogurt (0%) and it was pretty good - will keep in mind for the times I want a different flavor, or wlfor when I don't have fresh or frozen fruit.
