Very nice. I used fresh thyme, heavy cream and a little evaporated milk leftover from Thanksgiving prep. The cream/milk ratio was probably about 1½ cups cream to 1½ cups milk and ½ cup evaporated milk. I also added ¼ tsp nutmeg as I usually do in my potato soup recipe. I prepared it a few hours early on the stovetop and then put it on warm in the crockpot, adding cheese just before serving.
