I used ground chicken. The mix was wet than expected, I added extra flour to make it manageable. You can freeze the nuggets and fry them later
Flavor was good, but the sauce wasn't tasty, it was neither a mustard honey or mayo dressing. I used 500 g of meat and 30 g nuggets , It was barely enough for 2 adults and 1 toddler
