1 cupmilk

1 poundboneless skinless chicken breasts

1 ¼ cupsall-purpose flour

2 tablespoonspowdered sugar

2 teaspoonssalt

1 teaspoonground black pepper

½ teaspoonchili powder

canola oil
for frying

Instructions
Chick-Fil-A Chicken Nuggets
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk egg and milk together.



Step 2
Cut chicken into cubed, bite-sized pieces, trimming off any fat.


Step 3
Put the chicken in the milk mixture and toss until well coated.
Step 4
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

In another large bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, salt, pepper, and chili powder and stir; set aside.

Pour 1-inch oil in a cast-iron pot or large saucepan and heat over medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and place about 8 pieces in the flour mixture.

Make sure chicken pieces are coated with flower, then place them carefully into the hot oil.

Cook each side for at least 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown and chicken is cooked through.

Place chicken on paper towels to soak up any oil.
Step 11
Repeat the same steps with the rest of the chicken and serve with Chick-fil-A Sauce.
