-chou amount was enough, although i couldn't use all cream in pipe due to dough being very sticky and hard to pipe.
-used the plastic piping bag with no nozzle bc actual nozzles were too small.
- cream amount is not a lot compared to how much you need to fill the pastry so first fill pastries to a regular amount and then do the second round filling with whatever is left
-cream wasn't sweet enough. I added extra sugar and vanilla extract by tasting.
- with chocolate, there's plenty. i did dipping first and then with spoon scooped over the remaining.
