Made it for my colleagues- my vegan colleague said it was the best chocolate cake he had ever tried!! I found that even though the dough was divided in two forms, they needed double the baking time, and still they weren’t fully baked. Not quite sure why.
Saw a comment about using coffee instead of water, I’ll defo try this next time.
My other friend who doesn’t like butter cream so much, was in love with the frosting!! I used the “Naturli Vegan Block” from Arla, which is mainly Shea butter and rapeseed oil. It had the perfect texture and flavor
