This was incredible! My son (16), who said he WOULD NOT eat tofu, didn't even know that's what it was and scarfed it down! Was my first time making tofu and I will be adding it to the regular rotation! Excited to try it for different dishes!
Also, I added cashews (highly recommend) and left out the mayo and Sriracha. I also served it on lettuce like a salad because it's easier to eat than actual lettuce wraps.
