This was absolutely delicious. Healthy, not too difficult, whole family loved.
A few notes:
- had 1.3 lbs beef bc Costco. Bc of this I also added a full 15oz can of tomato sauce and eyeballed some extra seasoning to account for it. Also added shredded carrot that I saw someone mentioned. Cooked for the 20 min and then 10 once all put together and the peppers were perfect. Cooked the rice w butter, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and onion powder.
