Amazing! The only thing I did differently was use ground Italian sausage since I was trying to use it up. I cooked the sausage the night before and let it cool prior to storing so that left behind a lot of the grease that otherwise would have made it into the dish; and I think it would have been too greasy for my liking as other commenters shared. Next time (and there definitely will be a next time!), I will be sure to drain off the grease or cook it in a separate pan in order to ensure the dish isn't too greasy.
