I was worried that the water didn't cover my pasta, but I cooked it an extra 2 minutes and it seemed fully cooked regardless. All the water did cook off, and I didn't need to drain it
Husband was a big fan. I added a lot of extra pepper and a touch of basil, since I like strong flavors.
