Delicious soup. I didn't have turmeric. I improvised and cooked one pound of white navy beans in chicken stock, then added the veggies. I put one can of enchilada sauce and used diced jalapeños to taste. I also added one can of coconut milk to make it creamy. It made plenty of leftovers. I plan to add avocado slices next time I have it. Excellent and delicious! Thx for recipe. A good meal on a cold winter day.
