Got this recipe from a friend who made it. I’m not sure what she did differently—maybe she doubled the corn bread. Hers was better than mine but mine is still good.
Next time I will use famous Dave’s cornbread because yum! and I will probably double the amount of cornbread. I will probably also drain my meat before putting seasonings in.
