I had extra cream to use up, so I decided to make it. It's essentially chocolate whipped cream, but its so good. I double the recipe, but ended up adding more cocoa powder as it wasn't strong enough for me and half a teaspoon of instant espresso to add more depth to the chocolate. Yum!
