Did you do the full thing in terms of using both the ground beef and pork together?

Yeah, pretty much the exact ratios called for.

I've never used ground pork but this looks great

Ground pork is nice cause it’s cheaper than ground beef and if you mix the 2 together you can’t really tell the difference. So you can go half and half for pasta or tacos and save a little money
