Roll are delicious, but the recipe needs some work.
1. If you’re cooking them in a pie dish the center roll ‘will be raw’. I added 6 minutes to the cooking time and still wasn’t able to do more than warm the center roll. Best to put them on a sheet pan and just let them expand. Worst case you have giant pizza rolls.
2. Double the amount of filling. You can fill them with that much considering the amount of dough on hand - so why wouldn’t you.
