Definitely one of the more interesting curries I’ve made.
Your house will smell like chai tea the whole time you’re cooking it.
Notes: I chose some particular hot serrano peppers to add to mine. If you’re not a fan of some serious heat you may want to halve the amount and/or remove the seeds.
