first batch: i made mine smaller and got 28 mini muffins! baked for about 15min. very light and spongy. definitely going to make again but with more blueberries or raspberries. my mum says i could try sifting the flour to make it lighter and fluffier.
second batch pictured (19/12/23): made them again but doubled the quantities, sifted the flour and added strawberries and sprinkled with oats! I also made sure to tap the tray before baking as it removes the bubbles and makes the cakes hold their shape! they were amazing!! :) it made 17 this time in a bigger tray
