Great taste. Scones spread quite a bit - guess fridge wasn't cold enough. Will use freezer next time. Also used a zester because I didn't have a grater - made it really easy to incorporate the butter but took way too long and I also zested my forearm. Getting a grater, for sure. Edit: Froze dough overnight, baked for about 25-27 mins, also made lemon curd to go with
