Amazing! Sry this is so long 😅 I did make a couple of changes. The recipe says 2 serves but I thought that was odd since that would mean a whole mango per person. It served 4 for us. I did 2 avos, a whole red onion and the whole jalapeno for the salsa which was perfect. I did some sweet potato wedges in the air fryer which went so well with the whole dish. Plus I added everything bagel seasoning to the salmon marinade. The edited meal is approx 700cals 77C 29F 30P. It is a huge meal so could be done without the rice/sweet potato
