This was quite good. I did half salmon and half pacific whiting. Even I, a non fish lover, enjoyed it. The salmon was still a little fishy, but overall delicious with the mango salsa. Everyone else in the family loved it as well, even my three year old, though he preferred the white fish. Easy to make as well!
