I doubled the recipe to make 3 loaf pans for friends. Great results! However, doing over again, I would triple the pudding for the three. Just seems to need more pudding to the wafer/banana/pudding ratio. Since it’s a week before Christmas, after backing I sprinkled with red and green sugar to be festive. I wasn’t sure how the sugar would melt so didn’t want to risk that.
