Mods.: I left out the sun-dried tomatoes and opted for goat cheese over the feta. Added a dash of red pepper flakes for some heat.
Thoughts: These came out excellent and I’ll definitely be making them again. Next time I’ll line the muffin tins with parchment to make them a bit easier to get out. I had some major issues with sticking.
