Marinated chicken for about 20 minutes (marinade - chopped then blended 1 medium onion, 1 stalk green onion, half red pepper, 4 cloves garlic, 1 table spoon olive oil). Used enough to cover chicken and stored the extra.
After 20 mins, removed excess marinade and sprinkled chicken with cajun seasoning.
Also sprinkled a little cinnamon on the sweet potatoes halfway through.
