Would make the same, but :
-> 50% more lemon juice
-> 20% less pistachios
-> light saute of pistachios (cooked to much)
-> at LEAST 2 cubes of ice
-> needed around 40% more olive oil than recipe said
Pomegranates are a game changer for this recipe, brings an entire new level of complexity when you bite into one.
2 other changes I'd make
-> original recipe is the same but
Switch 50% of pistachio volume with cherry tomatoes
Or add some Greek yogourt
Add more garlic
Add some red oignons
