So I made this recipe last year and I still remember how nice they were so I was like let's redo them again! But guess what I didn't have any eggs on hand, sooooo I used two tablespoons of peanut butter and maybe a tablespoon extra floor(I added a little bit of lemon zest too) and let me tell youuu they turned out great!! (They did spread out a bit while cooking but you'll just have to make em in batches and not put em as close to each other) Crumbly, sweet and nutty, great flavor!! Would recommend
