"Grill" means the broiler for us Yanks. I didn't bother; I put a lid on the skillet and let the cheese (shredded mozzarella) melt, instead. Sautéed the gnocchi with the onions. No one out here in the boonies knows about Spanish chorizo, but the Mexican kind works well. Cook it with the onions.
