This was easier than I thought! It was so good! The crust was flaky and the filling was delightful. I seasoned it the way we like and my husband ate half the pie by himself!! It's a hit! I'm going to make it in individual pies next time. It is a little time consuming, but worth every bite if you really like pot pie. Try it!
