This recipe was nice, but it was bland, so I really kicked it up a notch with spices and herbs like additional garlic, more thyme, smoked paprika is good, and the rice was slightly mushy but with reheating it should make it a little bit better. I would like to try this again and just kind of change it around to my own liking but it is a great go to recipe for weeknight dinners for the family and lunches for your husband if he works every day. It makes great leftovers for me as well and I can add to this as I go. For the health score, I love this recipe! I will make it again.
