Made these for my partner for Christmas using strawberry, fig, and elderberry jam. He doesn't like things that are too sweet and these were perfect! The dough is not very sweet at all- most of the sweetness and flavor comes from the jam itself so very customizable. The texture is very soft and almost doughy, but not in an underdone way. I used the ratios listed in one of the comments rather than the weights in the recipe as I do not have a kitchen scale
