This was OK. It was almost too thick for a soup, too soupy for a sauce. I did use all ground beef and felt it was lacking a bit in flavor, so that was my fault as the sausage would have helped in that regard. I didn't have provolone, so used mozzarella. I also used wagon wheel pasta instead of broken lasagna noodles (everyone agreed those were fun in a soup)! Makes a ton of soup.
