Super easy to make. We served over rice noodles, but plain white rice would be good too.
I added a dollop of chili garlic sauce and some extra splashes of rice vinegar.
I used a combo of seasoned salt, garlic powder and ground ginger for my choice of seasonings blend, but i added too much seasoned salt (oops). Will continue to play around with the flavor and will definitely make it again.
If you double it, it makes leftovers :)
