This was pretty good :)
I did make a few changes and I’ll add some things on the future.
I upped the elbow macaroni to 2 cups and the beef broth to 1 & 1/2 cups. I ended up using almost 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
In the future, I’ll add an 8 ounce can of tomato sauce in addition to the one 15 ounce can, I’ll also add in some sweet corn, one 15 ounce can and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce while cooking the ground beef.
All in all a solid easy dinner.
