These were so delicious! However, I definitely need to get a blow torch for the brulee. I tried it in the oven, but it started to burn the corners/edges of the cheesecake, leaving the sugar still on top. So... I cut off the tops, fed them to my husband lol... and tried again. This time, I tried it on low broil. Once again, it started to burn. Although they had burnt spots, we still devoured them as they were so tasty!
