Would make it again but NOT like the recipe. From reading others' notes I added double the garlic, plus a tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder, parsley and cayenne pepper. With the pasta water added to the peppers it was too watery, and I had to add extra salt to compensate since it tasted like I hadn't even put any in to begin with. This could have been my mistake too but it didn't blend to a smooth sauce either, more like chunky puree. Next time I'll only add water as needed if the puree is too thick. Cooked up some chorizo style chicken sausages to have with it and it is yummy altogether... had I followed this recipe to the T it definitely would have gotten a thumbs down
