I converted to instant pot. Brown sausage, onion and garlic. Add veggies, broth and seasonings. Stir well. Add tortellini (I used 20oz frozen) push down but don't stir. Add spinach. Pot will be full. Stuff it in. High pressure, 0 minutes, instant release.
Add cream and cornstarch slurry. Hit cancel and then saute to heat. Then turn off or keep warm. I didn't need the milk.
