Very nice. Alterations I made:
- Remove spring onions
- halve the amount of sugar
- Stir fry a pepper (5 mins), some baby sweetcorns (5 mins) some beansprouts (2 mins) , and some edemame beans (4 mins)
- extra glug of sesame oil
Add a small tablespoon of peanut butter to the sauce at the end
- serve with rice
