Something wrong with the ingredients, we had a whole bowl of breadcrumb mix leftover? Needs a sauce too. We added chopped cherry tomatoes to the lentil mix which helped with the overall dryness of the dish. A plain pasta-type sauce (tomato and garlic with basil) works nicely with the flavours
