This was definitely one of those recipes that takes way longer to make than it does to eat. I did make the Adobe crema and the cilantro lime slaw included in the recipe so that definitely tacked on more time, but they were both delicious and worth it.
I will make these again, however, next time when making the panko bread crumbs I will follow my heart when seasoning them as I thought they were rather bland following along with the recipes instruction.
