Went off this recipe to use up some shredded chicken I needed to use. I omitted the bacon this go around because I didn't have any.
I used 2 cans of chicken soup some smoked paprika.
Cut up white onion, put in cold water for 10 mins, then drained and added to recipe.
Also added about 3 stalks of celery diced up.
It was looking to thick so I added another cream of chicken. 2 more tbls of ranch seasoning and a little bit more paprika.
I did the topping as told and then cut up other side of butter and laid on top to melt.
Then made white rice in insta pot to eat with it.
