This was delicious 😋 I may have added too much spinach. Next time, I'd add less. Also, the instructions don't indicate that you're making a roux and leave when to add the butter out. Maybe I just missed seeing this? But I did make a roux after cooking onion (I used shallot) and garlic. It was a wonderful dish!!
