This smelled great while cooking, but I gotta say I was slightly disappointed at the end for some reason. I think the addition of a lot of the ingredients at the very end diluted the flavor more than I was expecting. Maybe I just prefer a simpler risotto, but this wasn't my favorite mushroom risotto recipe
