We loved this, but made a few adjustments.
Sauteed the peppers and onions (also added mushrooms) then added the burger. I drained off the fat from the burger.
I also only had instant cook in the bag rice, so I only let it boil for 5 minutes and then added it to the pan. I also used Rotel instead of fire roasted tomatoes. Baked for 12 minutes, it was a new fan favorite here.
