Made in the Instant pot. I suatee'd the ingredients in the instant pot before adding all other ingredients. Then I pressure cooked it all for 5 minutes and fast released to add the sour cream. Then I stirred it all once more and put it on the soup function, and let it simmer for about 10 more minutes while stirring to keep anything from burning at the bottom. It turned out great!
I also used part beef broth because i ran out of chicken broth, and it still tasted amazing.
