Good. But a few changes. Used 3 clove garlic and no sautee. Def tasted the garlic a lot. May sautee. 1/2 tsp salt. 2 T cream cheese. 1/2 c of parm. Prob not enough cauli. One pack - 1 lb?
Def would do in immersion blender first then back to pot to warm. Don’t puree with stand mixer.
