Pretty good. Not as good as the canned version I usually have but I'm going to assume that's because of the preservatives and msg.

This is also the type of dish that may taste better the second day after the seasonings soak into the potatos and other vegetables. Canned food has done that already, but generally won't taste as good as second day fresh cooked.

Definitely agree, it tastes better the second day but the potatoes are no longer as soft. Is there anything I can do to correct that?
