For fresh Guacamole, I use: 2 ripe avocados, 1/3 onion (Sweet, or red to your taste), 1 large clove of fresh garlic, about 6 or 7 grape or cherry tomatoes, 1 capful of apple cider vinegar and blend in a food processor until creamy texture. You may add a jalapeno pepper for more heat or a pablano pepper for a more smoky flavor.
