Instructions
Step 1
Place five fresh basil leaves in a star-like pattern on plate

Step 2
Slice large cucumber into 1/4 inch medallions (approximately 20) and place equally in a star/asterisk pattern on top of the basil leaves.

Step 3
Chop garlic cloves and sprinkle evenly over cucumber with cracked peppercorn


Step 4
Drizzle balsamic vinegar over cucumber, garlic, and peppercorn

Step 5
Add a dollop (large heaping spoonful) of fresh Guacamole to the top of the cucumbers
Step 6
Top with 1.5 oz smoked salmon

Sprinkle with dried rosemary

Step 8
Garnish with 3 grape tomatoes
